01. I have a group who would like to come to Canada or the United States of America. Do you facilitate group tours in both countries?

Yes, we can facilitate group tours in either the United States or Canada or both! Please let us know your needs!
02. My clients don't speak English very well. Can you offer a tour in Canada or the United States, in their native language?
We can offer interpreter services for many languages including, but not limited to: French, Dutch, German, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian, Slovakian etc. Please let us know your needs and we will find an interpreter for you.

If you're already a member of our AgriTours Network, please go to the login section and enter your username and password to access the password protected site. In there you will find the policies and procedures for booking your clients on our tours.

We will sell you the land package for the tour and provide you with the destination airport and time for arrival. You can make all the airline arrangements from an American airport.
05. I'm a tour operator/travel agent/group leader from outside of North America. How do I book clients on one of your advertised tours?

We'll follow the same process for international agents as for American agents. We will sell you the land package for the tour and provide you with the destination airport and time for arrival. You can make all the airline arrangements from your client's closest airport.
06. My group wants to travel within North America on a short tour. Can you help us?
Yes we can help!
07. Is there a specific number of passengers required before we can work with you?
We have created tours for groups as small as 4 and as large as 80. Naturally, the smaller the group, the more money per person, it will cost. Please contact us even if you have 1 person who is coming to North America for a specific event or activity.
08. My group wants to travel outside of North America. Can you help us?
We would be pleased to work with your group and customize a tour for you, anywhere in the world. Let us know how we can help!
09. My group wants just a bit of agriculture in their tour. Do you have a set percentage of agriculture a tour must have?
Your group can have as much or as little agriculture in your tour. It all depends on what YOU want. If you want a highly specialized technical tour, we can do that. If you want a more general leisurely tour with just a bit of agriculture, we can do that too.
10. Is AgriTours a registered tour operator?
AgriTours Canada is a registered tour operator in the province of Ontario. We are registered under TICO, the Tourism Industry Council of Canada.
11. Are AgriTours tours tax deductible?
For Canadians, AgriTours tours may be tax deductible. At the conclusion of the tour we will provide you with a statement that details the percentage of agriculture that was included in your tour. Please work with this document and your accountant to determine what you can deduct for income tax purposes.
If you are from outside of Canada, we can still provide you with the document that details the percentage of agriculture that was included with your tour. Please work with your federal tax laws to determine if your tour qualifies for a tax deduction.
12. What are your general cancellation policies?
Should AgriTours Canada Inc. need to cancel a tour, all monies received will be refunded. Should insufficient registration be the reason for the cancellation, a written cancellation notice will be sent to all agents on or before the date the final payment is due.
Should a passenger need to cancel the tour, please process any refund claims through their pre-purchased or pre-existing travel insurance.
